New York Times provides solid proof that Venezuelan vote was manipulated

"But many Venezuelans rejected those figures as unrealistically high, pointing to the absence of lines or crowds at polling places. " So anecdotal evidence is the evidence here? But then they cite a firm which says: "On Wednesday, Smartmatic said that although Venezuela’s election process includes “a series of auditing systems” that are “impossible to circumvent,” " But then said that the absence of monitors means it was manipulated.  I wish such scrutiny is applied to voting in such pro-US despotic systems like Jordan or in countries where there is no voting like Saudi Arabia.
