Henry Kissinger on Syria

For the last two years, Syrian regime (and its allies') media have been producing and concocting various (false) interviews and statements and attributing it to Henry Kissinger.  In them, Kissinger allegedly claims responsibility for the "Arab Spring" and clarifies his evil intentions toward the Syrian regime but only after heaping praise on the alleged brilliance of Hafidh Al-Asad. Those fake interviews have been cited all over the media of Syrian regime and its allies and even read on Syrian regime TV.  But Henry Kissinger finally (really) spoke on Syria but his statements (real this time) were ignored by those same media because it is clear that his stance is rather close to that of Putin.  I was amused.
