For the first time the New York Times publishes a strong cautionary disclaimer about videos on Syria--but only because they deal with crimes of armed opposition groups

"It was impossible to immediately confirm the authenticity of the videos, or to determine exactly when and where they were recorded."  You have been reporting from videos and skype for months now and it never occurred to you to post such a strong disclaimer?
